Dehydrated Tomato Powder

Selected tomatoes are dehydrated to concentrate their familiar sweet-tangy flavor and rich tomato aroma. Flakes are useful in soups, sauces and ready meals, while powder works well in seasonings, gravies, snacks and food formulations. The fine powder is convenient for seasonings, sauces, spice blends and culinary applications.
