Dehydrated Spinach Powder

Fresh spinach is dehydrated to provide a convenient form while retaining its characteristic leafy flavor and green vegetable character. Flakes are useful in soups and ready meals, while powder blends into sauces, doughs, seasonings and beverages. The fine powder is convenient for seasonings, sauces, spice blends and culinary applications.
