Dehydrated Pumpkin Powder

Selected pumpkin is dehydrated to retain its naturally mild, slightly sweet flavor and convenient form. Flakes are useful in soups and ready meals, while powder works well in sauces, bakery, beverages and culinary preparations. The fine powder is convenient for seasonings, sauces, spice blends and culinary applications.
