Dehydrated Okra Powder

Fresh okra is dehydrated to retain its characteristic vegetal flavor in a convenient, shelf-stable form. Flakes are useful in soups, curries and mixes, while powder can be incorporated into seasonings and culinary preparations. The fine powder is convenient for seasonings, sauces, spice blends and culinary applications.
